This bourbon is named after Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr., a key figure in the bourbon industry. It is produced at Buffalo Trace Distillery, using innovative methods pioneered by Taylor, including climate-controlled aging. The barrels are aged in Warehouse C, built by Taylor in 1881, and each is hand-picked and Bottled in Bond at 100 proof.

The whiskey features aromas of lightly toasted oak, dried figs, and butterscotch. It offers a flavor profile of sweetness balanced with tobacco and dark spices, with a finish that invites another sip. The bottle design reflects Colonel Taylor’s original style from over a century ago.
